Château Ducru-Beaucaillou produces its wines in the St. Julien appellation of Médoc, in the southeast vineyards near the village of Beychevelle. The ‘beautiful stones’ found in the clay and gravel-rich soils gave the vineyards their name, and they provide the perfect environment for growing cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot, and merlot grapes. The Le Petit Ducru de Ducru-Beaucaillou is brimming with plum preserve, black cherry compote, and mulberry notes sprinkled with mint and spices at the end.
